This sitemap lists every public page of shiftpride.com in one place, followed by a short guide to finding your way around the store. It is generated from the live site, so new collections appear here automatically once they hold products.
How the store is organised
Shift Pride is built around the work you do. The main menu at the top of every page lists our trades first, because most people arrive looking for something that speaks their job’s language. Under each trade you will find tees, long sleeves, hoodies, sweatshirts and mugs with designs written for that profession. If you prefer to browse by product type, the “By Product” menu groups everything into T-Shirts, Hoodies & Sweatshirts, and Mugs & Drinkware.

New collections are shown in the list at the top of this page as soon as they contain products. Until then, a collection page may be visible from the menu but is kept out of search engines so that nobody lands on an empty page from a search.

These pages answer almost every question about ordering, delivery, returns and refunds. They all use the same numbers, so you will never get two different answers to one question.

Your account and cart
Your cart shows the items you have chosen, and My Account lets you see past orders, track their status and manage saved addresses if you created an account. Checkout is reached from the cart. These pages are personal to you, so they are not listed in search engines.
Tips for finding things quickly
- Use the search bar at the top of every page. Search for a trade (“welder”), an occasion (“retirement”) or a product (“hoodie”). On a phone, the search box is inside the menu.
- Start from your trade in the menu if you are shopping for yourself or a co-worker.
- Start from the product type if you already know you want, say, a mug for a desk gift.
- Use the footer: every page ends with links to our policies, help pages and trade collections.
- Bookmark the Help Center if you look after crew orders; it links to every rule you might need.

Finding answers to policy questions
Our policies are written to be read in a few minutes, and every one of them starts with an “at a glance” summary of the key numbers. If you are looking for a specific rule, here is where it lives:
- The 24-hour window for changing or cancelling an order is on Cancel or Change an Order.
- Production time (2–5 business days), transit estimates, customs and address problems are on Shipping & Delivery.
- The 60-day return window, who pays return postage and how exchanges work are on Returns & Exchanges.
- Refund timing (within 7 calendar days after approval), partial refunds and chargebacks are on the Refund Policy.
- How payment works and how to spot payment scams are on Payment Methods.
- What data we collect and your privacy rights in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are in the Privacy Policy.
- The rules that govern every order, including liability and disputes, are in the Terms of Service.
- Why we never print real employer, agency or school logos is explained in the Intellectual Property Policy.
Pages we do not have, and why
You may notice a few pages that other stores have and we do not. We do not have a public promo code page, because we do not currently run public discount codes; free shipping is already included. We do not publish a blog yet; when we do, it will be listed here. We do not have a wholesale portal, but crew orders of any size can be placed through the normal checkout, and you can email us before ordering for a date estimate. We do not link to social media accounts, because we only list accounts we actively run.
Browsing on a phone
Most of our visitors shop on a phone, often in a few spare minutes. On a small screen, the menu sits behind the three-line icon at the top left. Tap it to see every trade collection, the product-type groups, your account and the search box. The cart icon at the top right shows how many items you have chosen. Every page ends with the same footer links as on desktop, so the policies and help pages are always one scroll away. If something on the mobile site is hard to tap or read, please tell us.
What the collection pages show
Each collection page opens with a short introduction written for that trade, followed by the products in a grid. You can sort the grid by newest, popularity or price. Each product card shows the design, its name and its price in US dollars; open a product to choose the style, colour and size, and to see the measurements for that blank. Collection pages also link to the Size Guide and the Returns & Exchanges Policy, so the two questions people ask most before buying are always answered where you shop.
Why some collections may look empty
Shift Pride is a young store and some collections are still being filled with designs. A collection without products shows a short note instead of a product grid, and it is hidden from search engines until its first products are published, so that nobody arrives from a search and finds nothing. The collection list at the top of this page only shows collections that are ready. If you are waiting for designs in a particular trade, write to us and we will tell you when they arrive.
Shopping for someone else
If you are buying a gift, start from the recipient’s job in the trade list above, or from Retirement & Career Gifts for milestones. Mugs need no size; hoodies are the most forgiving apparel choice. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout to ship directly to them. The recipient can exchange within 60 days of delivery.
